Taiwan - Shilin - 大饼包小饼
Literally 大饼包小饼 means 'big cake wraps small cake', so it's "cake inside cake", the outside is a flour wrapper, inside is a fried sweet rice cake with all sorts of fillings, as listed in the picture, you can have choice of peanut, taro, seasame, red bean paste, dates paste, coconut as sweet fillings, or curry, spice, crispy, taro, peanut, black pepper as salty fillings. The inner cake is fried, and it's hot when you eat them.
