Taiwan - Shilin - 钓虾，现钓现吃
This is a quite unique business in the market, it lets you pay NT$10 for a small hook, and try to fish shrimp, the hook is not that tightly connected to the stick, so occasionally you will fail, and lose the hook, there goes another NT$10.
But if you are lucky, you get a fresh shrimp, they will BBQ it right there for you.
