老，还是要服的
NCCAF的比赛终于结束了，我和方青第一场胜了之后就进了半决赛，因为他还要打另一组的比赛，我们几乎故意放掉了第二场，最后打了个两胜两负，只得了第 三名，就算半决赛能赢，恐怕到决赛时也是强弩之末了，总结了一下，真的是觉得还是老了，不服不行，明年要真的还准备再打也不会在报两个项目了，还是要服老 的嘛！

Tour de France
I am following closely to this year's "Tour de France", not paying
attention to much of else on TV, it's really, comparing to the
intensity, risks of falling off the cliffs, or even falling off the
bike in the city, especially at the speed they are riding them (I am
still healing the injury I fell off my bike 2 months ago, at a speed
of probably 17mph, and these guys are having average speed of 34mph),
plus the fact that the winner will have to overcome 20+ days of it, I
don't know if any sports can compare to it.

NCCAF
Finally I decided to come back to play the games I loved - badminton,
Vincent is leaving for good, so a couple of our badmintons buddies
played with him, and Fang Qing and I talked about the NCCAF badminton
games, and both got interested in it. Soooooo, finally we registered
to play the 35+ group, haha, we will see how we fare.
