Tom's Journey

One of the biggest unexpected harvest from Florida trip was Real Estate, during our wandering in a mall, we saw an interesting Ad about some properties, and it caught our attention. The rest of the story went smoothly from there, our agent Roger took us seeing some nice condos in Miami Beach, Sunny Isles to be exact, and kept the Trump Grande at last, and man, he was correct, the condo/hotel was very nicely built, and managed by Sonesta, obviously its very professional people.

All the numbers I have got so far make my heart pound hard, of course, good opportunities are meant to be 'shared', so they give us the smallest percentage among the ones we have seen.

Now I have to collect more numbers, and make a decision, hope it's a wise one, ......
