Headlines today
this morning when I turn on my computer, and turn to the usual pages that I usually rely on, here are the headlines I got from CNN:
"Kidnapped U.S. contractor found safe in Iraq" with a picture of the US contractor and the kidnapper with a gun.

I have no idea what this 'trusted' media is trying to tell its readers, so I turned to another site that I often visit for news, msnbc.com and here are their top choices for what's going on in the world now:
"In Good Health" to report the same story about the safety of the US contractor Thomas Hamill, then:
• 6 U.S. soldiers killed in mortar attack
• Myers: Prison abuse not widespread
• Newsweek exclusive: Inside scandal
and

I guess that IS what's happening today, killing everywhere, nothing more important to report?
Then it all of sudden interested me, and I extended my search to one of the main media in China, People's Daily, here are their top stories (translated from Chinese):

• 2 new railway lines start in production, President Hu Jintao attended the opening ceremony
• Huang Ju (member of the politbureau) stressed to implement Macro adjustment messurements,
Well, that's the picture, are those the only important things happened in China?
In a way, I guess they are kind of similar, haha
Conclusions, read less news, watch the NBA finals.
